When did I purchase a Thor RV unit?

I purchased this unit in September 2014 and to date have not been able to utilize this unit as designed. I have and currently have so many things go wrong or are wrong that I could not recommend not only this unit but any unit manufactured by Thor.

Dismal failure, unit is dangerous to drive is wide open areas, just spent $3500 in suspension upgrades. It gets cold in the Rockies, froze and ruined my hot water heater on October trip. Camping World is useless, they suggested a heated water hose! Overall I’m done with Camping World, try this coach this summer, may dump it and forget motor homes.

Water leak near the DC pump. Needed to be tightened down. Exhaust pipe got crunched on a curb, poor design. Our RV mechanic modified it and it works great in new position. Rear camera goes in and out. They use the cheapest electronics in these RV’s so we’ll try and find something better.
