What kind of lift system does Viking camper use?
The lift systems are simply designed, but they will fail after years of use or if not properly maintained. The majority of Viking campers use a Goshen-style lift. This system uses a cable on pulleys to raise the camper on springs.
How do you replace the lift on a Viking?
Use a crescent wrench to replace the lock nut and use a socket wrench to bolt the top of the rod to the inside of the roof. Use a screw driver to replace the interior panels. Use the winch to tighten the cable and test the lift several times before taking it camping. The entire cable must be replaced.
Are there any Viking coachman pop up parts?

How long does it take for Goshen lift cables to ship?
Most lift cables will take 1 to 2 weeks before they ship. Goshen Cables, Jayco, Starcraft and Coleman products can take 1 to 2 weeks before they are shipped.
