It is possible that extra crossmember could be added underneath for support depending on tank placement etc. If the floor is wet big issue. Never easy repairing laminated floor as it’s a huge job to replace and any other repair tends to be a patch job.

Where are the soft areas in a Rockwood RV?

All the soft areas are where the furnace ducts runs. If you look under the bathtub you can see that there is not a wood floor but only white foam with a thin sheet over it and vinyl covering. I have talked to other Rockwood owners and they seem to experience the same thing.

ONLY two short yrs later RV was sold for scraps after floor and walls were soaked and moldy. iT BECAME SO WET THAT EVEN OLD PATCHES REOPENED ( We patched where we could but couldnt stay ahead of it, Inspector said the leak was there for more than two years.)
