What kind of battery does Jayco freedom have?

We bought a 2001 Jayco Freedom, new, in 2001, fitted with that useless Centurion thing, after many problems we had a AGM deep cycle battery fitted in the boot, and a competent caravan electrician advised and fitted a CTek smart charger, which solved all of our problems. That battery was fitted in 2009 and is still going good.

Is the Jayco freedom roof easy to raise?

We love out Jayco Freedom. The inside is very well designed, choice of twin or double beds. loads of storage. The pop top roof is very easy to raise. I can do it by myself – and I have Arthritis.We also have the awning that attaches on the outside which is great for extra guests or shelter, or another ‘room’. Easy to tow too.

What can I do with my Jayco freedom?

To overcome this I fitted a towel rail to the ceiling just above the seat/bed divider, instant hanging space it also doubles as a screen so if you have visitors they are not looking at your unmade bed. Happy camping I dont want to know anything but thought I would report that I have just raised my freedom so it doesnt drag its bum on the ground.

Replace all faulty furnaces or provide long lasting solution to fix them. Jayco – Do not buy!! So we purchased a 2020 Jayco 27 bhb and picked it up about a month ago.
