Why is my Xantrex battery charger not working?
My volt meter is indicating 12.5 Volts on Chassis and 12.25 Volts on House Batteries, which is usually and does currently cause the inverter to shut down. When I plug into Shore Power (50 Amp) or to Generator Power (7.5KW), voltage does not change, which would seem to indicate the charger in the Inverter/Charger (Xantrex 458) is not working.

It includes 20 feet (6 meters) of cable and works with the following products: Portawattz inverters (1000, 1750, 3000).
What is the remote switch number for Xantrex XPower 1200 plus?
For the XPower 1200 Plus and XPower 1750 Plus inverters, the correct remote switch part number is 808-9500. It is also available through Xantrex E-store. Do not use the electrical information at the above-noted FAQ for XPower Plus inverters. I’ve installed the modified sine wave inverter and it’s working okay.
