The time between 9 and 11 is two urns window. This is a common practice in many companies and is seen as a compliment to consumers. Some companies do not. They only say when they will be at your house, without specifying when they will arrive.

For example, have you heard of the term "window of opportunity"? This usually refers to an opening or opportunity that you see that you can take advantage of when the window closes. Once closed, you lose the ability to win or do anything.

This window is also approximately equal to a timeout. It's like you have 2 years to claim your prize. The window will remain open for two hours so that you can redeem your prize. Just once the window is closed. If you have not made a claim within those 2 hours, you are missing out on an opportunity.

The store or delivery team will call you back and tell you when your goods will be shipped. You will arrive within two hours of the scheduled time.
