Mine contains 6 relays and 2 blade fuses (10A). 1 fuse is for ignition, 1 fuse is labeled main power (dead). The VIM supplies power to the ECU for the Allison and shift selector. First there were two different vehicles with two different problems. This fix applies only to the BLANK SELECTOR SHIFTER. I am still working on the transmission with the code d4215 and will update you when completed.
Why is my Allison trans shift selector blank?
If you don’t find anything by looking and testing then feel the power feed wire, it could be pregnant (have a lump in it) and not allowing the power to get to the ECM. 3) Unlikley but check the ground at the battery. 4) Start over again – you might have missed something – Don’t mess with the Control Panel!
How do you check fuses on a car?
To check the fuses, follow the instructions below. Push the tab in and lift the lid off. 1.Open the auxiliary box. 2.Pull up the box and disengage the claws. Remove the stoppers from the cutouts and remove the box. After a system failure, see “Fuse layout and amperage ratings” (→P. 455) for details about which fuse to check.

What to do if there is no power at the fuse holder?
Might remove the Vim board if there is power to the module and no power to the power fuse and see if there is damage to the power trace or the trace running to the power fuse. Rich. No power either end of fuse holder labeled (main power). no power at that fuse with or w/o ignition key on fuse labeled (ignition)powers up when key is turned on
