Is the Centurion thingy a smart charger?

My van has only 12v lighting which runs from this power converter when connected to 240v. It also charges the house battery. Seems to be an old technology ‘smart charger’ in that it drops to a trickle charge when the battery is full. I run it full time to keep the battery topped up.
