Contacted Generac Customer Service to confirm submission of purchase order by Local Rep/Installer. Generac balked, saying they only deal with Local Reps and not directly with consumers. On my insistence, Generac Rep (Stephanie) finally confirmed submission of my PO. Still, I wonder, have others gad a similar experience?
