OK, the paper book manual llists its location as under the hood attached to the inside of the passenger fender under a protective cover next to the fuel pump relay. There are 2 relays next to each other in a black plastic housing with the relays attached underneath.

The plug wires burn out from the heat. I was told to get a good set and replace evvery 25000 miles. I figured may I would cut holes in side panels to let the heat out.
