I wrote about the last sentence. That's not true ... Can anyone suggest an interesting alternative to writing letters or emails?

It depends on what you say.

If you say I hope to see you soon, switch to my hope to see you. Sounds more friendly.

If I can't wait to see our services improve, you can say that our services will improve and I'm very happy. The verbal route seemed tense, while the other route seemed very exciting.

If I can't wait to see the movie with you, you can turn it into our movie from Going Becoming. Sounds like the first company statement; The second sound is like a conversation between friends.

I expect some robotic sounds if you talk too much. Take a break and the other words will come to mind. You don't really have to say it can't wait, you just have to express it.
